One of the preferred pieces of master Carles is the hand-tied, which means he couldn’t leave the floral collection without one of his favourite compositions. It is a large format bouquet of flowers with some very bold proportions. The shape and horizontal proportions are what complicate the realisation of this bouquet. Be careful not to break the stems, place the flowers in such little depth whilst trying to achieve the necessary rhythm and interest and choose the right flowers for the right moment. Master Carles explains each step of this recipe together with many tips. The video will show you the technical part, which will enable you to prepare the base used as the structure for arranging the flowers in the composition
