Per Benjamin, the Swedish master, pays homage to summer using vegetable elements. To achieve that, he realises a composition inside a large sphere, in a subtle allegory to the Sun. Within the sphere, he creates a wire framework, leaving some dry spikes and offering us the sensation given off by fields of cereal just before being harvested in summer. It is all very symbolic and melancholic
