Incidence on FLOOS.org servers
As you probably already know, a few days ago we suffered a fire in our data center that destroyed FLOOS.org. We have been working very hard to restore the service in a different infrastructure and although we have tested it, during these first days you may find some incidents. We encourage you to read the following text to clarify any questions:
User account information:
Your account and data have not been exposed at any time. You can access your user account to update or verify existing information.
Recipe and subscription information:
Purchased recipes and subscriptions remain in effect. FLOOS wants to compensate you for these days with the service down, so if you have a monthly or annual subscription an additional 30 days have been added at no cost to your subscription.
Order and payment information:
If you need a specific invoice or order and the system cannot download it, contact FLOOS and we will give you a customized solution.
